about

Four years shipping
software that had to work.

I am a full-stack developer with four years of enterprise software engineering experience — two and a half of them spent working full time while finishing a Bachelor of Computer Science. It was a demanding way to learn, and it taught me to ship under real constraints rather than ideal ones.

Most of my work has been on systems people cannot opt out of: national government platforms, a career portal for a 150,000-strong alumni network, a graduation eligibility engine processing millions of student records. Software like that fails loudly, so I have a strong bias toward transactional integrity, clear data modelling, and code review as a habit rather than a ceremony.

These days I lead a small engineering team, which mostly means unblocking other people — pair programming through architectural dead ends, enforcing patterns that keep a codebase legible, and making sure releases go out on time.

experience

Where I have
been working.

  1. Apr 2026 — Present

    Senior Programmer

    Bina Nusantara IT Division

    • Engineered the BINUS Career portal with React, .NET, and SQL Server for a 150,000+ alumni network, replacing fragmented email workflows with a centralised Applicant Tracking System across a 12-month Agile lifecycle.
    • Architected a B2B checkout engine and dynamic voucher system handling quota and product-category constraints, plus a ground-up SNAP VA BCA payment gateway integration built with mock-driven testing.
    • Designed an asynchronous social marketing scheduler on Hangfire and Meta API v24.0, letting corporate partners queue time-delayed job listings.
    • Directed technical execution for four engineers — enforcing the Repository Pattern and SQL optimisation through code review, and clearing UAT architectural blockers by pair programming.
  2. Apr 2024 — Apr 2026

    Programmer

Bina Nusantara IT Division · full-time, concurrent with studies until Apr 2025

    • Built the BINUS Alumni Dashboard in React, TypeScript, and .NET — a seven-month project featuring an Excel-driven bulk processing engine with multi-stage approval workflows and ACID-compliant transactions.
    • Parachuted into a stalled cross-functional Student Violation module, onboarding to an unfamiliar React/.NET codebase and clearing month-old architecture blockers within a week.
    • Stabilised the GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline by profiling builds and refactoring memory-intensive code, eliminating build failures without provisioning more hardware.
    • Led React architecture workshops and pre-production code reviews for a team of five.
  3. Sep 2022 — Apr 2024

    Junior Programmer

Bina Nusantara IT Division · full-time, concurrent with studies

    • Delivered the national PILN and PISN government systems on six-to-seven-month lifecycles, driving every SDLC phase from ERD design through UAT, penetration testing, and production deployment.
    • Engineered an automated graduation eligibility engine in Laravel, processing bulk uploads and running background jobs to sync 2.7M+ national student records with the PDDIKTI API centre.
    • Architected a multi-tier RBAC verification workflow — Verificator, Assessor, Director — for processing foreign degree equivalencies.
    • Held 100% on-time monthly releases while leading debugging and review sessions for seven associate developers.
